Wait a minute! "L.A. Dodgers game"? This was a SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS
game! The Dodgers were just the "visiting" team. ;)
Now that we have that straight, I want to bring up something that is
disappointing to me. I'm a little confused as to why none of us knew
about the Doobie Brothers appearance at the 'Stick. Surely someone knew
they would be there. It would have been great if this information was
passed on to the rest of us.
I'm not accusing anyone in particular of holding out, all I'm saying is
let's share the wealth. If anyone knows of something to do with the
band, please let us all in on it. I live close enough that I would've
gone to the 'Stick and I would have photographed them singing and
scanned and posted those photographs for everyone to enjoy, like I
always do. And I would have taped it too!
I don't want to sound like I'm complaining... Yes I do, I AM
complaining! This was a once in a lifetime experience that will never
happen again. A historic moment with our favorite band in the spotlight
and now it's gone for good. We'll never see it.
Let's stick together! This is a great Fan Club. Let's make sure everyone
gets the most out of it!
