Well...
For me it can go both ways. Some tunes I really like instantly, like
Long Train Runnin' or Black Water. Other tunes grow on me, like Ukiah and
the Captain and Me or Clear As the Driven Snow. By the way, I finally got my
box set today! I had to leave for a gig, so I only had time to put on Little
Bitty Pretty One. It brought a tear to my eyes, reminding me of how great
the Doobies sounded when I heard them this past June. I did glance through
the book, and it looks fabulous! Once again Brother Joe, congratulations!
You'll have to sign my book also! Tomorrow (today I mean, as it is 1:22 in
the morning here) I will be blastin' the Doobs while I clean house! I can't
wait to hear the 4th disc!
