Hi all,
I sent an e-mail to a disc jockey at the classic rock station in Atalnta that
I have known since college regarding the new Doobs tune. The response I got
was that he knew about the song, but the station was kind of bummed at the
moment, because the other main rock station had gotten the sponsorship to the
Doobies Atlanta concert in October. The other rock station hardly plays the
Doobies as they are too busy keeping up with all the new rock with a few
classic cuts thrown in. Oh well, the politics of radio.
Hopefully, the classic rock station will get over it and start playing the
new tune soon.
