Calif. is our best bet (whether it be Northern
or Southern) because of all
the concerts that are playing in the same
town. HOB 3 nights in a row and
Saratoga is 4 nights in a row.
I don't know about you guys but, I need at
least a 3 concert Doobie
fix.
Everyone keeps refering to
the 3 House of Blues shows in Hollywood, and completely ignoring the fact
that the band is playing 7 shows in 8 nights in Southern California,
starting with the Sun Theatre in Anaheim (about an hour from Hollywood for a
frame of reference), then at the Coto de Caza Golf & Resort down around
Mission Viejo (about another 1/2 hour or so south of Anaheim), then back up
the freeway to Agoura for a show at The Canyon (about 20 minutes north of
Hollywood) before heading to Humphrey's by the Sea in San Diego (about 2 1/2
hours south of Los Angeles)... Then a day off to relax before the 3
show run at the House of
Blues...
Now THAT ought to be a
Doobie fix for just about
anyone...
