Turns out my <mumble>-year-old solder paste still works...ish.  I
stuffed the board last night, and after fooling around with my
Txtzyme-based programmer, it looks like most of the project works.

I haven't tried the USB yet (except for checking that you can power the
display from USB).  I really need to make a faster programmer, because
it takes a few minutes to flash even a simple program using Txtzyme.
