Ya, especially towards the end when he started talking about using the
stuff to pull out energy from the atmosphere..  the whole talk felt way
off.  I would definitely pay 100 dollars for a can of the stuff just to
test it out.  This talk happened two and a half years ago, and I think
there's a good reason why it still isn't available to the general public.
