Paul,

I hear your frustration with trying to help me.  I did not intend to
say I was trying to edit the file.  I was merely offering a guess
(obviously a stupid guess) as to what the problem is.  I am trying my
best to "do things the way they were meant to be done."  I am not
maligning the software.  There is no "stuff I am trying to do"  other
than what I thought the instructions directed. I am trying to find out
what I did wrong. I thought I followed the instructions.  I downloaded
the file in an empty folder, extracted it in that folder, and you saw
what I got. I did NO editing.  Nathan has suggested that I need 64
rather 32 bit version.  I will do that presently.

Please believe me that I am not trying to be creative.  Just trying to
follow the instructions.
