Most "UV" LEDs sold are actually violet at around 395-400nm and they are
pretty monochromatic so there is just nothing to filter. Look for some leds
around the 365nm mark, they are available and cost a bit more but they are
the same basic wavelength as a traditional fluorescent blacklight.
