If Paul would be able to project the UV-B onto something he wanted to
excite (not kids, something that would fluoresce), with some non-reflective
UV absorber behind... I wonder if that would be OK. They sell those bulbs
for reptiles, which lots of kids probably have in their rooms... but if
they've got it in a glass case that would likely block the UV.
