Howdy DB, Has anyone used a VC0706 chip plus camera? I've used two: one from radioshack and one from adafruit. The 'shack one never worked, and the one from adafruit produces corrupt JPEGs 90% of the time. I've asked adafruit about this but they don't seem to have much debug knowledge:

I've used adafruit's libraries, as well as my own, and have convinced myself I"m reading the data correctly, only the data is wrong. Changing the image size, compression, and serial xfer rate has no impact on % of corrupt images. I'm guessing noise on the board but have no data to back that up (and because "noise" is always a great answer that sounds smartzz). Wondering if anyone has used this, had the same problem, and fixed it. Thanks, P
