I actually worked on these way back in the 70s, changing out the fan-fold
forms and replacing the giant roll ribbons.  Mostly we printed credit card
and insurance offers, aka junk mail.  It was not much fun trying to
"rewind" the tape drives that fed the variable data whenever a ribbon
failed.

Good luck finding one; these are antiques now.  Wasn't there someone a
while back posting a free teletype machine?  That would probably work too.
