I'm trying one of these DC/DC power supplies that are built onto an ATX supply connector for running an AMD mini-ITX computer:

That's 16 amps! Most power supplies I've seen are in the 65-100W range (which is 5-8 amps...still quite a bit!) And using a barrel jack? It seems too good to be true...anybody have experience with these? Maybe it's 200W peak, but still good enough for ordinary PC power loads? -- Mersenne Law LLP · www.mersenne.com · +1-503-679-1671 - Small Business, Startup and Intellectual Property Law - 9600 S.W.
