There are some embedded PCs at Gizmos that are Core2Duo and run off of 12v. I 
have one on my SEM to control the EDX. The board itself is roughly it form 
factor with a 3.5” HD off to the side. Its not quite as simple as plug and go, 
I had to reverse engineer the power section so it needs a little board I 
designed to power up. They have VGA out and a mini-pci along with the rest of 
standard pc ports. These were intended for be connected to a LCD for a Planar 
digital signage device.
