The ePetitions site has added a change since the last time I signed one. In
the past I have revisited the site after signing, just to see how the petition
was getting on. I did this this morning, only to be told that the total was
141!

I tried refreshing, but that didn't change it, so I opened it with Firefox,
instead of Chrome. I had originally used Firefox to sign up and this time the
site told me that there were only 134 signatures! When I tried with Konquerer
the total was 147.

For some reason the site seems to reload from history, even when the reload
button is pressed. I had to use 'Clear recent history' in the Preferences to
force a proper reload. Can anyone see why?
