Unfortunately, I think BT throttle torrents.  In theory, a typical ISO 
shouldn't take more than a few hours, but I've rarely managed better than 8-10 
hours with a torrent.  On several occasions, I've had to run the torrent for 
several days, just to *get* the download and then several weeks to reseed it 
to > 80%.

I gave up using torrents, because I really am not that patient.

BTW, BT give me around 6 MB/s on my connection.
