This is getting to be silly; Gtk 2 uses Pango for parts of the interface rendering. I am getting runtime errors due almost certainly to my inability to supply a Pango.Font object. I'm not going to supply any error output or listen to (too much) of a lecture about Pango being a text-rendering add-in; the documentation is poor, but I've used it to solve most of the gtk-pango issues. I was just wondering if anybody knows how to instantiate a pango font object correctly? Simono
