Odd - I am using it routinely on several AWS servers and have not noticed that but then I have not really looked. E.g. I have one instance where screen was started running on 1st September and has used 17h30m CPU , which averages out to under 1% CPU. Keys are configurable; my gripe was that it grabbed Ctrl-A which is like chopping off an Emacs user's ring finger ;-) So I mapped its attention key to Ctrl-\ and I am a happy bunny. htop I have running constantly in one screen 'window' and the F keys and other keys work fine here... ymmv I suppose. > Si > -- > Next meeting: Bournemouth, Tuesday 2011-12-06 20:00 > Meets, Mailing list, IRC, LinkedIn, ... http://dorset.lug.org.uk/ > New thread on mailing list: mailto:[email protected] > How to Report Bugs Effectively: http://goo.gl/4Xue > -- best regards, Victor Churchill, Bournemouth -- Next meeting: Bournemouth, Tuesday 2011-12-06 20:00 Meets, Mailing list, IRC, LinkedIn, ... http://dorset.lug.org.uk/ New thread on mailing list: mailto:[email protected] How to Report Bugs Effectively: http://goo.gl/4Xue
