Thanks for posting about this. I am a West Dorset Kubuntu user and I have just joined your mailing list and I was totally unaware of the consultation. After a quick read I realise that I need to know a lot more to make an informed response.
I was unable to come to the last meeting in Bournemouth and was wondering when or if there could be a meeting in Dorchester/Weymouth or Bridport as there are a number of us Linux users over this way. A meeting could be a good way of coordinating a response to the consultation. I have no great faith in consultations but I know the outcome of not responding.
