Hi,

Ambling home last after a pub curry and a couple of ciders,
a lady puffing on a fag by a doorway asked if I was any good at
maths puzzles. Turns out she'd popped out from a charity quiz
going on up the stairs behind her with her team stuck for
an answer...

‘What number is the odd one out, and why: 2 4 6 8 13 19.’

I gave her an off-the-cuff answer, she repeated it back in a different
way to make sure she got it, stubbed out the half-gasped ciggy and
trotted back up the stairs. I went home.

Thus I don't know the answer. I've tried Googling, but it doesn't seem
to be a common question. AI Grok has been asked, more on that later.
And I've tried to think of other possible answers with no thoughts
resulting. So I'm throwing it open to the list to see if you come up
with something different to me.
