Hi Terry,

I'm pretty sure they recommend reinstalling rather than upgrading, but if 
you're going to upgrade without reinstalling, I would upgrade from Bullseye to 
Bookworm, and then Bookworm to Trixie.

I think it's probably not really necessary, as with the river system pis, but 
it's probably ultimately up to whatever policies WMT has about keeping software 
up to date, if any.
