Please note the delta may still be relevant due to British Summer Time.

I'm still not getting this.  If I reinsert the date string thus:

  x = datetime(2022, 10, 31, 18, 30, tzinfo=ZoneInfo("Europe/London"))

What numbers should be in the datetime parameters?

If I make it:

  x = datetime(2026, 10, 25, 1, 30, tzinfo=ZoneInfo("Europe/London"))

BST ends on 25th Oct at 1 am.

What is the 4th set of digits for (30)?

What about the start date for BST (29th March)?

Also.  Will I have to update the code every year?

Or has all this nothing to do with BST?
