While judging this, I happened to read the COPYING.DOSEMU again,
and, as usual, I am a bit shocked about its state.

I created a new branch in git and here my proposals with
detailed explanations:

Git is a nice tool: no longer need to post the patches to ML
or write a detailed descriptions twice. :)
