sounds as if you dropped the limitation to only
version 2 of GPL, along with the explanation of
why that restriction existed? Sounds ok for me.

I agree that people would miss quite some changes
by being stuck to the non-devel branch.

Did any other DOSEMU experts have a strong opinion
about this? Or did people not care which of the two
variants should be used, except for Bart who prefers
the old variant? You could ask license expert Shane.
