Responsible for the total solution from design to implementation. Correlate and create view of end-to-end impacts and aggregate impacts. Demonstrate they have successfully worked at this level in the past •Must collaborate effectively with other Tech leads, both within the Online space and also other internal teams •Will direct other Technical Leads •Will work with a geographically disbursed team •Has financial Services background •8-10 years internet experience •3 years or more of demonstrated leadership •Full comprehension of N Tier architecture •Understands SOA to be able to interact with SOA Layer (not a SOA expert) •Ability to perform impact analysis and produce estimates •Large enterprise experience* * * *Financial services online sales and service (i.e. originating new accounts, new credit cards, etc). Require 3 or more years experience with this product set. To clarify, this is not online banking • Demonstrated proficiency defining complex technology planning strategies for domain objectives, architectural principles, goals and standards • Primary skill: .NET • Product knowledge (2 or more of the following): - Portal Technology - Expert - Mainframe – Basic Understanding - Integration technology (WebSphere technology, SOA architecture) - Expert - Database administration – Knowledgeable - Internet security/sign on - Knowledgeable • Preferred Skill: Understanding and ability to compute Total Cost of Ownership and Return on Investment* *College degree and 10 years + experience providing technical consulting on complex projects. Design and engineer new systems while ensuring they interface appropriately with current systems.
