Demonstrate they have successfully worked at this level in the past •Must collaborate effectively with other Tech leads, both within the Online space and also other internal teams •Will direct other Technical Leads •Will work with a geographically disbursed team •Has financial Services background •8-10 years internet experience •3 years or more of demonstrated leadership •Full comprehension of N Tier architecture •Understands SOA to be able to interact with SOA Layer (not a SOA expert) •Ability to perform impact analysis and produce estimates •Large enterprise experience •Product Knowledge: o Autonomy/Interwoven Product Suite (6.2 – 7.0): TeamSite, Meta Tagger, Open Deploy, LiveSite o Endeca IAP o Mapquest API o Video Serving & Player Technologies o SiteCatalyst •Implementation/Customization of both Content Management/Authoring Services & Workflow, as well as, corresponding publishing systems to include best practices, workflow, and rules based dynamic page creation. • Experience integrating these sites with proprietary and third party services as they relate to data exchange, content aggregation, publishing, and syndication. • Large scale redesigns, site migrations and consolidations. • Shared and hybrid platform development (i.e. multiple solutions, .NET/J2EE hybrid solutions). • Large scale consumer facing dynamic web site building experience. • Primary technical skill: .NET, HTML, Java Script, CSS, XML, J2EE, AJAX, FLASH, I8N & L10N* * College degree and 10 years + experience providing technical consulting on complex projects.
