Research, document and maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications per Project Management Office (PMO) guidelines. -Facilitate the creation of the Project Control Form (PCF), project artifacts list. -Conduct business requirements gathering sessions with sponsors, stakeholders and business operations. Gather business/system/data requirements related to the project stated herein, as instructed by Wyndham, and incorporate such requirements into a business requirements document (“BRD”). -Participate in the creation of the Solution Overview Document (SOD), high-level solution, with the core team. -Work with business operations and IT to create functional use cases and incorporate into the Functional Specification Document (FSD). -Provide requirement clarification support during development & unit testing . -Conduct working sessions with Business, Stakeholders, Operations, and IT to define the UAT plan. -Provide testing support during QA & User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
