Strong change management and influencing skills are needed to be successful in this role. · *Preferred Skills - Managing Projects:* · 6+ years of relevant data management consulting (master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality) or industry experience · 4+ years of experienced in managing software development efforts and *project* teams through all phases of the *project* lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live · Significant experience leading complex data management engagements with team sizes between 8 and 15 resource in a global geographically distributed organization. · *Requirements:* · Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. · Minimum 10 years experience with managing projects and leading teams. · Demonstrated experience with various *project* management methodologies. · Demonstrated practical knowledge of business and technology in creating integrated solutions. · Demonstrated knowledge of the business unit supported, *Mortgage* Group. · Demonstrated and successful execution of essential job functions within a specific*project*. · Experience using MS *Project*. · Knowledge/experience in the financial services industry a plus. · PMI Certification a plus. · Experience using MS Office and LotusNotes a plus. · Good written and oral communication skills. · *Education/Certification/Experience:* · 5+ years of strong *Business* Analysis experience, preferably in *Banking or Finance is required* · *Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred* · *PMP Certificate a Plus * Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
