Duties: · Translate business requirements into detailed systems specifications · Create artifacts (use cases, process flow charts, diagrams) that communicate the changes made to business and technical teams. · Identify, gather, analyze and document business system requirements while working with users and technical staff. · Develop requirements tractability matrix to be used in software development and QA testing.
