*Need : QA tester Location : Indianapolis,INDuration : 6+ months * *Compliance Test Analyst/HP /MMIS* Testing in support of the development and/or implementation of a Medicaid Management Information System, including interfaces to MAPIR (Medical Assistance Provider Incentive Repository) and other strategic vendors and/or applications (e.g., data warehouses, etc.). This function will specifically be responsible for ensuring that the entire web based application is compliant with Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The Test Analyst will be responsible for writing and updating test cases, executing testing, recording and resolving defects, as well as communicating the status and progress of testing. *Key responsibilities include:* Working with project team to create Test documents. Scripting, execution and defect management within *HP ALM (formerly HP Quality Center).* Conducting Requirements Inspections. Analyzing Business Process documentation, Context Diagrams, Design Documents and Business Requirements to design the specific testing assets that need to be created, including test cases, test data, roles, IDs, etc. Creating required test artifacts and coordinating/participating in the artifact approval process. Arranging training and reference materials as needed. Performing execution of test phases (run status, defects, and validation issues). Coordinating defect resolution. Reporting status and updating management on issues. *Must Have: Experience validating web based applications for Section 508 Compliance of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or validating a public website for usability by people with disabilities. *Experience documenting testing-related validation documentation (Test Scripts/Cases, Summary Reports, etc.). Experience with HP Quality Center/ALM, Microsoft SharePoint (Competent) Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills. IT workflow and process knowledge, including systems development lifecycle, specifically pertaining to Testing: Test Planning, Test Analysis/Design, and execution, including defect management. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
