*Job Summary:*
Provide business and technical expertise to the global *HRIS SAP system *along
with SuccessFactors and Taleo as needed. Working directly with the project
team, IT, divisional HR business resources, and the technical team, the
Business Analyst is responsible for business consulting, solution design,
design documentation, HR system configuration, functional and integration
testing, master data and process data conversion, validation,
implementation, production support and post go-live support.

*Essential Functions:*
(50%) *Provides HRIS Application Development support and coordination, as
requested,* of the related systems:
- Perform business process analysis to define configuration requirements
- Gather requirements from internal clients and provide business and
technical expertise to the process team in support of process
design/blueprinting, focused on specific process areas as assigned
- Provide business and configuration expertise to the assigned design team
during design/blueprinting and solution modeling phase for functionality
- Create Functional and Configuration specification documents including
development, documentation, and executive of process/configuration test
protocols
- Configure the HR systems, following the guidelines created in the
Functional and Configuration specification document
- Implementation, and production support of all HR Systems, including HCM
- Perform standard and ad-hoc reporting as needed

*Qualifications:*
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 8 years of equivalent work
experience without a degree
• 5+ years overall IT or analyst experience gained through a combination of
formal training and progressive work experience
• 3+ years business analyst experience to include gathering ad translating
business/systems requirements, process review and design and data analysis
• Experience with a major ERP package (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson
Software etc.)
• Experience with one or more of the following: Financial tools,
SharePoint, data warehousing, business intelligence, compliance,
regulatory, etc.
• 2+ years project management experience
• Implementation experience of a major HRIS package
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to bridge
communication between technical areas and business areas for a full and
complete understanding of expectations

*Desired:*
• Reporting tools, i.e. Crystal Reports
• SPHR or other specific industry certification
• Formal SAP training
• MS Project
