Provide recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements within the operational data stores, data warehouse and data marts 3. Devise and develop solutions to meet or exceed business requirements. 4. Hands on participation in transforming business specific requirements into functional Specs and Technical design specifications. 5. Work with the teams inside and outside of TCLife to develop High Level and Low-level solutions and accompanying documents 6. Communicate with several different technology areas in a highly matrix organization 7. Work with Data Analyst to develop Data Mapping documents and process impact analysis documents 8. Support and Mentor teams members at an SME capacity on coding, script generation, performance tuning, etc 9.
