*Job Description:*

Netsuite Integration Engineer, ERP Integration Specialist, Netsuite
Application Engineer



*Overview*

This position will have overall responsibility for the management and
administration of the NetSuite ERP Billing Solution and its associated
technologies. This includes the administration of the application,
application integration, technical troubleshooting, scripting, issue
resolution, change control and management of an application technology
roadmap. This technical lead will drive projects to enhance and roll out
new functionality, enhance current functionally, provide oversight of the
change control process, manage environment migrations and support the
introduction of new integrations with other systems.



*Representative Duties*

·         Responsible for the overall administration, support and planning
and management of the financial applications and other business systems,
with a specific emphasis on the NetSuite ERP solution and its supporting
technologies.

·         This includes troubleshooting system issues, leading and managing
system upgrades, rollouts and implementations; developing workflows,
documenting processes, and providing technical support for users.

·         Provides expertise in the effective operation of the applications
supported.

·         Responsible for technical design, configuration, implementation
and customization of the application directly or by coordinating
application administrators as needed depending on enhancement/issue.

·         Supports the adoption, development and usage of application
throughout the organization.

·         Maintains a high level of awareness of and enthusiasm for
application well as new features and updates as they are launched.

·         Responsible for the change management and release process of
critical corporate applications.

·         Responsible for configuration of the application.

·         This may include creating or updating UI views, updating standard
and custom fields, creating validation rules, and customizations to meet
specific business requirements.

·         Responsible for data management strategy which includes data
structure, governance and maintenance.

·         Primary point of contact for issue resolution as it relates to
Production level issues.

·         Responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating resources needed
for resolution.

·         Works collaboratively with internal departments in the planning
and analysis of business systems requirements, system changes or
enhancements.

·         Defines business processes as they relate to system enhancements.

·         Develops and delivers, initial and on-going, power user training
in relation to new functionality, configuration or system-related
processes.

·         Develops job aids and provides documentation to support training
activities.

·         As identified by business requirements, this position is
responsible to design, create, edit and maintain reports and dashboards for
both end user reporting and system audits (data quality, usage, etc.).

·         Serves as the primary liaison between  super users in the
business units and the application support group.

·         Receives, analyzes and evaluates change requests from user
departments to determine cross-application impacts (contacts, accounts,
etc.)..



*Qualifications:*



*WORK EXPERIENCE OR RELATED EXPERIENCE:*

The ability and skill to provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the
application as described as normally obtained through a minimum of 5 to 7
years of experience managing technical teams with application
implementations and administration responsibilities for an enterprise
NetSuite ERP solution, and providing hands on support for these solutions.

The ability to effectively assist with the management of process
improvement and business tool development projects as normally obtained
through 5 – 7 years’ experience in project management and/or system
administration.



*SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:*

·         Excellent verbal communication skills and technical writing
skills, presentation/facilitation skills and strong interpersonal skills
are required to perform the functions as described.

·         A proven ability to present information, effectively interact
with others and work effectively with diverse personalities is essential.

·         Demonstrated, hands on technical expertise working with the
NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, with a solid
understanding of SuiteScript, workflows, custom objects and forms,
security, integration and managing the technical aspect of a NetSuite
implementation.

·         Specific experience with NetSuite Billing solutions is a
necessity.

·         The ability to work collaboratively across business units with
diverse work styles to develop business requirements for systems
applications is required.

·         In addition, requires the ability to work in a small team
environment, where every team member contributes in the identification of
system requirements, and works toward meeting deliverables and deadlines.

·         Incumbents must be able to employ good analytical skills to
perform needs analysis as described.

·         Additionally the ability to develop and implement actionable work
plans to meet organizational needs is necessary.

·         The ability to plan and manage one’s own time, while working on
multiple tasks and projects is critical.

·         The ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle
multiple tasks/priorities and the ability to work under strict, specific
production timelines are required.

·         Good organizational skills and a strict attention to detail are
essential.

·         Ability to review and produce work output in web-based
applications.
