Thanks for the answers! After that I added the ".NET Configuration" snap-in into MMC as Henrik described, I saved this console setting as mscorcfg.msc on my desktop --> renamed the old (bad) one --> moved the new mscorcfg.msc to the original place (C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705)
Now, it is working for me the same way as originally! You can copy this shortcut and put it on the Desktop or the Quick Launch, atleast saves you the trouble of adding the snap-in every time. Regards.
