HI, After formating my disk, reinstalled every thing, It's working. Actually, I was using both version in same m/c for long time. I am not using VSS with VS.NET. I am using VSS with VS-6.0.The problem occured when I installed the MSDN.NET from DVD. May be files not read properly from DVD. Might corrupted some core dll.
Though the Installation has an option called Repair, some how it did not worked for me. (It will be a nice feature to repair/update the corrupted dll's alone.) Thanks. About your 2 versions of VStudio, I haven't heard so far about anyone having problems running the 2 versions on the same machine (colleagues and myself included).
