Hi Glenn!

I don't think it's a cultural characteristic, per se. I would rather
put it down to the endemic lack of netiquette, the inherent languor
amongst people who hate their "chosen" profession and the all-too-
tempting option of getting something for no work. It is sad that these
latter traits have become associated with certain cultures.
