Hi all, I have Created windows servivce by setting the Account Property of ServiceProcessInstaller1 to "Local System". My service is working fine.
If I change the Account property to "User". It is poping up one dialogue box asking for 1)UserName 2)Password 3)Confirm Password. My Question are 1)what user name and password I need to give in this dialogue. Is this is my System login ID? If this is not my System credentials, How will I create New User and password? and How will I associate NewUser account to Services? 2) I got to know that if set Account propert to "User", To run the service every time it will ask for credentials. is this correct or not? Please help me.
