if You know web services, .net remoting and asp.net well then you can
build saas enable software. Microsoft names this
as Cloud Computing, WCF is for .Net 3.5 for .Net 2.0 web services and
remoting are enough to build saas enabled softwares
as SOA is concerend it is a technology which defines the architecture
for your saas enabled software. so all of these are
relevant not dispersed
