The way I understand it, "cloud computing" refers to the bigger
picture…basically the broad concept of using the Internet to allow
people to access software (sometimes using SaaS services, sometimes not)
already in the cloud.
SaaS is a deployment technique where an application is hosted on  a
server, OR the cloud and all users connect via the Internet (i.e. their web
browser).
