As you had stated in your original post, you found a few topics in
this group concerning this matter.  If you read the whole thread you
would have found that 1. many people have this issue, 2. the code
samples are not available on the publisher's web site, 3. there is no
way to get the code samples without engaging in questionable
activities (potentially using P2P services).
