You are missing The_Fruitman's point, which is that code samples for
*this particular book* are not easily available online. For the
record, book code samples are usually archived (.zip or .rar) and
segregated into separate folders for each chapter's sample code. I do
not think Google file search parses archives.

As tech savvy individuals (read "geeks"), we can probably find ways to
find the code samples but that would be questionable in the context of
this Group and therefore we do not discuss it here. This is not to say
that the OP's question was illegitimate or inappropriate (if it was,
I'd have removed it as soon as it was posted).
