New to Crystal reports and I'm stuck on this problem. I'm trying to have a static text field appear only on first page, but mixed in with the rest of the page header fields.
I'm trying a custom field with: IIF (PageNumber=1,"Some Text" ,"" ) This works for me, only shows [Some Text] on the first page. However, it will not accept unicode(Chinese) pasting of text into the [Some Text] portion. I get the squares instead of the Chinese characters and the cursor does not line up with the text being edited (weird). I'm specifically trying not to have to include this field in the dataset being passed to Crystal reports. Any help?? TIA -Wylie
