I initiated the process for inclusion in DistroWatch in early January, you can 
read their notice.

I understood that they put us in a list of awaiting distributions. Some of them 
will never leave this list :s. To get the officially listed, DistroWatch admins 
look at the project organization and evaluate its life time. I remember that 
they search for a source code repository, a bug manager, forums, etc. I believe 
that we have most of the required features, but we're quite young and are not 
backed by other well known free software projects or developers.

So wait and see…
