Hello,

> 1. be intended for kids older than 5 (?) and/or their parents

Yes, for kids who can read a bit.

> 2. not be commercial (=leading to online toy store or online game)

Of course, and it's better if they're involving benevolent communities as free
software do. We want to spread the spirit of sharing, not the spirit of locking
down users ;).

> 3. include language versions for the most of DDL officially supported

Better but necessary. There may be interesting websites that are only available
in one language.

> 4. not be blocked by Dans Guardian

Not a problem, DansGuardian also has a white list to let some approved websites
be displayed whatever the filters.

> If I missed some important criteria please suggest.

We don't want to lead children to competing online services, may they be free
of charge and free of ads. One of our possible development axis is to build an
online community and share resources such as drawings to be colored, children
songs, etc. Of course if we find existing communities that embrace our
philosophy, we won't redo their work but try to build a partnership instead.

Don't hesitate to tell us what's going on.

Cheers,
JM.
