I'm not sure to understand. You have already installed DDL on HD and want to reinstall the latest version from USB key? If yes, you may have to boot on the USB key because you shouldn't be able to write on a HD partition in use (if you boot on HD, the partitions will be mounted and then should not be writable). > This is not documented but I think this is the same.
