As JM told in ticket - it's not only about guitar's (all kind of strings), but also for recorders (flutes). Name of 'recorder' could lead to misunderstanding often :) Regarding your list: I also like (2) most of all. Tabulature reading in fact not difficult, but this source give nice explanation of simple things. Regarding recorder fingerings - couldn't provide you with reliable and easy source.
