Yes, you're right, the popularity page only report 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.
However, on the Distrowatch main page, to the right, there is the ranking too.
By default it show the six months ranking, but you can also choice 1, 3,
12...and more respect than the popularity page
you can choce to show 7 days or one of the past years (2010, 2009, 2008).
