Hello! I recently discovered that the Debian folks are regularly organizing meetings on IRC. For example the game group:
http://wiki.debian.org/Games/Meetings I find this a good idea. We could do like them and take one hour, say, every month to talk together and discuss hot topics or long term topics. Of course we would define the agenda on the list days before the meeting. We could decide that the meeting takes place every first week-end of each month, or any other week-end of the month (not sure we'll all keep counting above 1 after several meeting ;) ).
