This is another issue I have to solve (but it's more complicated than one can think at first glance, because of Windows as usual, on dual boot configurations). DDL is set to suppose your hardware clock is not UTC, because Windows does this. That said I didn't pay attention to the clock settings the installer did. I'll look as soon as possible.
