I have discovered a problem with Doxygen 1.7.6.1 (the version installed on Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS). It is not honoring the FILTER_PATTERNS setting:
FILTER_PATTERNS = "*.tcl=./tcl2dox.tcl" "*.src=./tcl2dox.tcl" It is properly filtering the *.src files, but not filtering the *.tcl files. Doxygen 1.7.4 does honor the FILTER_PATTERNS setting and correctly filters the files. Is this a known bug? I was forced to downgrade Doxygen on my Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS build boxes in order to build my software package.
