Dear Saros developers, a few weeks ago we discussed the process of submitting patches from Gerrit to our central, "official" repository.
This discussion did not come to an end yet. I will shortly summarize the current status of the proposal: * Patches for the 'master' branch can be submitted by any user of the group "Approved Users" * Patches on a 'release/xx.yy.zz' branch can only submitted by the corresponding Release Manager. In the aftermath of an accidentally click on the "Submit" button (search for mail subject "Saros #355") Stefan proposed that only the author himself should be allowed to submit his/her patches.
